"I always tell my new drivers that we're really in the customer service business, we just happen to do it via chauffeur-driven transportation," says Jason Kaplan, president and CEO of The Driver Provider. "We want our clients to have complete confidence in the reliability of our transportation services."

Kaplan conceived the idea for The Driver Provider while attending Arizona State University and has since expanded the company to include offices in Tucson and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Driver Provider also has affiliate relationships with upscale transportation companies around the world so that its clients are well taken care of, no matter where they travel.

Because Kaplan believes that good customer service starts before any of his sedans, limousines or mini-buses hit the streets, he connects with each of his employees on a daily basis. "Hiring and maintaining an excellent staff allows us to deliver a seamless transportation experience, which is what's most important," Kaplan says.

In keeping with its five-star-service philosophy, The Driver Provider offers complimentary water, newspapers and chilled towels in every vehicle, and the utmost attention is paid to the client's comfort. "Oftentimes, clients will spend more time with our driver than with any other service provider on their trip. We train our drivers to be attentive to each client's individual needs," Kaplan says.

And, to ensure that every transfer runs smoothly, The Driver Provider uses high-tech software that provides flight updates every three seconds. It also receives regular updates from the Arizona Department of Transportation and constantly monitors local traffic conditions.

"We serve leisure and business travelers, rock stars and politicians," says Kaplan. "And every client receives the absolute best transportation experience that we can provide."
