The glassblowing studio of Scottsdale artist Newt Grover is open by appointment. Newt's art includes - but is certainly not limited to - chandeliers, wall flowers, vases, bowls, cactus and sculptures. Newt's artwork is commissioned by homeowners and businesses worldwide. We can seat 25-30 people at a time for glassblowing demonstrations at our large studio in Scottsdale, AZ. We can host parties October 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010. Gratuity appreciated. (This is a very expensive art form!) Parking on street by car, bus or van available. Tables, water, lighting and restroom available as needed. Some groups even cater. Mornings preferred but we are able to accommodate evening groups Mon,Tues,Thursday. We have a small gallery on site. The experience is very intimate and Newt is very personable. We all mix with your guests and everyone has a wonderful time. Hope you can visit.
