Metro is a casual brasserie offering French country cooking with influences from the American south. This popular “neighborhood” staple overlooks Southbridge’s buzzing Canal Park and offers rustic, artisanal specialties for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as late night menus, seven days a week. Some specialties include Steak Frites, Brasserie Burger with Sauce Gribiche, Croque Monsieur, Moules Frites, Shrimp and Grits, Alsatian Onion Tart, Fried Bacon with Bourbon Maple Syrup, and warm Beignets with Nutella.
