 Our events support local independent restaurants.
We host a minimum of 2 events per month; one is a social event that provides an avenue to mix and mingle with other foodies, and one is an educational event that gives our foodies the chance to learn a new culinary skill.
In the past we have hosted martini mixology classes, pasta making classes, social events at local restaurants like Christopher’s, BLT Steak, Mastro’s City Hall, Metro and Estate House.
We also review local and national restaurants as well as interesting culinary products on our blog at www.foodieslikeusblog.com. We are always looking for delicious places to visit and are open to suggestions for our blog reviews.
We offer affordable advertising rates on our website, blog and newsletter for those advertisers interested in reaching into the foodie community and offering their product or service to this niche market.
We have a large social media presence using Facebook and Twitter daily to get our message out and discuss various food topics. We have 5400 fans on Facebook (as of October 27, 2009) and that number grows on a daily basis!
