Sweepstakes will occur on the Scottsdale CVB website at: http://www.ScottsdaleGetaways.com from September 1, 2009-January 31, 2010. Ten Grand Prizes include:

• The Boulders Resort, The Waldorf Astoria Collection: Two night stay for two and one complimentary round of golf for two
• Gainey Suites Hotel: Two night stay for two with dinner for two at the Village Tavern
• Hotel Indigo: 2-night weekend stay and dinner for two guests
• Hotel Valley Ho: Two night suite stay for two and dinner for two in Trader Vic's
• Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch: Two night stay for two and dinner for two guests at Alto ristorante e bar
• InterContinental Monteclucia Resort & Spa: Two night stay for two and dinner for two guests in Prada
• Millennium Resort Scottsdale McCormick Ranch: Two night lakeview accommodations for two and dinner for two in Pinon Grill.

All expenses not specified herein are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $650. Income and other taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion, in the event of prize unavailability. No prize transfer. Sweepstakes is open only to U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia as well as residents of Canada, 21 years of age and older. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.

The winners will be determined in a random drawing on or about February 1, 2010 by a Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) "sponsor," whose random selection is final. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Only one entry per individual is permitted. Mechanical reproductions are not eligible. Winner will be notified by phone, mail, and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 5 days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned to sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 7 days of receiving liability/publicity release. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, hometown and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner and all travelers release sponsor and prize givers and their agents and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize.

Employees of the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents advertising, promotion agencies, and the immediate families or persons residing in the household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail. By entering, participants release the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, or if prizes or prize notifications are returned or are otherwise undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
