The Phoenix Hellraiser Football League is proud to be the host of Gay Bowl X, set to take place October 7th-11th, 2010. The National Gay Flag Football League started the Gay Super Bowl in 2002 in Los Angeles and since then has traveled around the country - to San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, San Diego, Dallas, New York City, Salt Lake City, and Washington DC.
The 2010 Phoenix event is anticipating hosting 24 teams of 15-20 players each from 22 different cities. The tournament will take place at the Reach 11 Sports Complex; this park is over 33 acres and is minutes from downtown Phoenix. It offers space for 16 football fields all together with shaded spectator bleachers and room for hospitality tents, first-aid, vending and more.
